1. Agreement and operator

These Terms and Conditions apply to use of theauthenticwomansway.com and the A Moment for Me web app (the Services), operated by Amanda Jensen (ABN 29 388 016 798), trading as The Authentic Woman. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who the Services are for

A Moment for Me is designed primarily for adults seeking general self-reflection and personal-development activities. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep your login information secure.

3. Free access and changes

The core A Moment for Me app is intended to be free to use. We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features from time to time. Any optional books, courses, memberships or third-party products may have separate prices, purchase terms and refund conditions, which will be presented at the point of sale.

4. Personal development, not treatment

The Services offer general educational, wellbeing and personal-development content. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, counselling, crisis services, legal advice or financial advice. Activities and AI-assisted suggestions are not personalised clinical assessments, diagnoses or treatment plans.

You remain responsible for deciding which activities are suitable for your circumstances. Stop any activity that feels unsafe or unsuitable. If you are in immediate danger in Australia, call 000. For urgent mental health support, contact an appropriate qualified professional or crisis support service.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

Every person’s experience is different. We do not promise that use of the Services will produce particular wellbeing, personal, professional or financial results. Any references to business resources or income opportunities are educational and do not guarantee earnings.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and must not share access in ways that compromise security. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use automated methods to abuse the platform. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security or serious breaches of these terms.

7. Your reflections and content

You retain ownership of original reflections and other content you submit. You give us permission to store and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy. You should not submit information you do not have the right to share.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your account information as explained in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.

8. Our intellectual property

The app design, branding, written activities, original materials and other content supplied by The Authentic Woman remain ours or our licensors’ intellectual property, except where stated otherwise. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our materials without permission unless an individual product licence expressly allows it.

9. AI and third-party services

Some suggestions may be supported by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. Please use your own judgement. The Services may link to third-party websites, communities, payment platforms or book retailers; their separate terms apply when you use them. We do not control those third-party services.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Services available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from misuse of the Services.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

11. Ending your account

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from the Profile page in the app, or by contacting support@thecreativegeek.online. We may suspend or close an account for material misuse, security risks or legal reasons. Account closure does not remove obligations that must reasonably continue, such as intellectual property rights and applicable legal requirements.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the Services or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on the website; material changes may be communicated to registered users. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory applicable laws.
